By accessing and using the Skyline DOOH platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Skyline DOOH provides a digital platform for browsing, booking, and managing digital out-of-home advertising spaces. Our services include but are not limited to billboard listings, booking management, and advertising space analytics.
3. User Accounts
Users must register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
4. Booking and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments must be made through our approved payment methods. Cancellation policies apply as specified in the booking terms.
5. Content Guidelines
All advertising content must comply with local regulations and our content guidelines. We reserve the right to reject any content that violates these guidelines.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including but not limited to logos, designs, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Skyline DOOH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any content displayed on our billboards.
8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
